Classifying Genre

Classifying your genre is important because it is one of the first things your audience considers before opening your book. It is also important for me to determine the kind of story we are looking to create. Of course, these genres can be combined, but this classification allows me to understand where we are starting and where we are trying to go with the story.

In your inquiry, please use any of these classifications as a starting point to describe your work.
